"Great hotel, the best we have had yet. No shuttle from the airport though. We walked from the airport (40mn) but it was a bit squetchy in some parts. You can take the A2 bus almost directly to this hotel. We had a room with partial sea view. It was an amazing view of the pool area and the sea. This hotel has 2 pools, a private sauna and turkish bath (you can book in advance), tennis courts, etc. They sent us a card for my wife's birthday and offered us 2 complementary drinks at the bar. Excellent customer service, no complaint at all. The dinner is 18 euros for an all you can eat buffet. It is ok, not extraordinary. We did it once and then went to explore the many great restaurants around the area. We found that this hotel had the best beach, best access, etc. We rented bikes and went around all the way to Palma centre, the cathedral, the market, etc. It was a perfect way to explore the area due to the many bike paths. Would recommend."

"What a beautiful place. We had an ocean view room and the view was exactly what we thought we were getting. Staff was very friendly and always willing to help with whatever we needed whether it was checking us in a little early on arrival day or cleaning our room when we left later in the day or the bottle of champagne on arrival day. "
