Really beautiful hotel and beautiful view of the beach. There was plenty of free parking. Staff were all friendly.

We had a lovely welcome by the receptionist and an amazing dinner at the hotel restaurant. Beautiful views and great decor throughout the hotel.

Had a great stay. Lovely twin room, great view from terrace overlooking the sea and the pool. Welcoming, helpful staff and a delicious breakfast… only downside - the shampoo smelt like hell itself.

A little Gem.
I would highly recommend this hotel particularly if you are a sea lover as the sea was located outside the door. The infinity pool was also amazing. I requested a double bed which was ready for us & we were also given an upgrade. Staff were so friendly & dinner in the restaurant was excellent.

Romantic 5 night stay - From Ireland
Absolute amazing stay, could not fault one aspect of this hotel. The staff, cleanliness, room, views, infinity pool, location, food all excellent. Will definitely recommend and for sure we will be returning. Thank you Hotel Chiqui for a memorable stay.

Had a 4 night stay which was excellent. The hotel, service and staff was better than I expected. It was more a 4* than a 3*. Clean, welcoming with lovely views of the beach. Location was perfect for all the things to do in Santander. Highly recommend.

Reception was extremely helpful booking in and giving information, buses etc, as was person sorting out Parking. Breakfast was excellent & Pool extremely clean and pleasant. We checked out at 2 but was allowed to use pool until we left at 2pm as there was space. Great location in quieter area and close to buses into town center.

The hotel was disappointing. Swimming pool is tiny, rooms are very sparse, breakfast was not great and expensive for what it was. Parking difficult, location good with great sea views. I would not book it again

Everything about this hotel was good, apart from trying to speak to someone at reception. There was a queue every time I went past. There were usually several people in the back office, but only one on reception, regardless of the number of people waiting.

Nice hotel and good service. Shame the pool doesn't open until 11.00 as it would be nice to have an early swim. Very limited vegetarian options in the hotel restaurant, although that is typical for Spain.

The pool is the highlight of the hotel! It is stunningly beautiful. The hotel kindly upgraded us to a terrace which we appreciated as the views were incredible! One of my rooms had a problem with the drainage in the shower which meant that we couldn't use the shower until the next day which was a shame despite us calling several times for them to try and fix the issue. No compensation was given for this, just an apology at the end. They didn't offer anything to try and make things right. Not sure if this is a regular thing that happens at the hotel, but that was a huge let down. Imagine not having a shower for a day. If you're Vegan/Vegetarian there's not much options at all. I tried to see if they could cater for us, but unfortunately the staff just didn't want to do anything and frankly just did not care. Be warned about the breakfast, if you want the 'discounted breakfast' you'll need to stay all the nights - this wasn't made clear to us at all until we reached the hotel and I made management aware of this too. Very touristy area, but the local shops were pretty cool. I just wish they would have atleast understood the points I raised above to them and actually done something to help make the stay more comfortable and that's why my rating stands at 3 stars.

Excellent and guest friendly.
Hotel Chiqui is an excellent place to stay. Wonderful situation and extremely comfortable. Why it isn't a four star hotel is a mystery. The restaurant and breakfast room are very good and the cuisine in the dining room is sophisticated and tasty. Always stay there when in Santander.
