This cozy retro-style apartment is fully equipped with everything you need to make your stay comfortable and pleasant, in the heart of the Providencia district.

It is located between the Pedro de Valdivia (L1) and Los Leones (L1) metro stations, close to restaurants, pubs, cafes, shops, supermarkets, Vivo Panorámico shopping center and 10 minutes from the Mall Costanera Center.

Each of its rooms is furnished, equipped with bedding and has two complete bathrooms, both equipped with towels and toiletries:

1 Room with 1 double bed and private bathroom (complete) and 1 Smart TV.
1 Room with 1 single bed with shared bathroom (complete) in the corridor.
1 Room with 2 single beds each (trundle type) with shared bathroom (complete) in the corridor.

The kitchen is fully functional and equipped with modern appliances, including an oven, a gas cooker, a fridge, an electric kettle, and a coffee maker, among others. It also has kitchen utensils, dishes and glassware so you can enjoy your meals in the dining room or in the living room.

The living room is a cozy and bright space, with large thermo-pane windows that offer a spectacular view of the city, protected with security mesh on the balcony. It has comfortable sofas, 1 Smart TV, 1 work area/desk and high-speed Wi-fi connection (> 300 Mbps, symmetrical by fiber optics). Furthermore, it has the following benefits:

Great communication l, safety and customer service, the host was amazing with his son giving us a tour of the property with excellent attention to detail. The property is definitely outdated and needs some facelift and the heated floors works amazing in cold days but make the house hot on the not soo cold days! The airconditioning needs maintainable due to a very very loud noice all the time while on making it hard to sleep because of the heat as it was that or the very loud Airconditioning but overall Great facilities and expirience recommended for winter holiday mostly
