"The WORST hotel/hostel I've ever stayed in. The bathroom walls were dirty and moldy, as was the toilet. There was excessive humidity on the room walls. The fan was noisy and dirty. I couldn't stay even one night. I had to find another hotel. Overall, it was an unpleasant experience."

"We originally booked another hotel and made a last-minute change as we needed air-conditioning in the room but we decided we did not need a swimming pool. This hotel met all our needs. It was located close to everything and the staff was accommodating."

"This hotel is one of my favorite if not the only one I always chose when I travel alone or with family. They always accommodate my needs of special suite #. Quite and so close to downtown you don't need any type of transportation, but if you need one, Metro (Tren Ligero) is just 60 meters away!! easy to navigate on Metro and safe to walk on City. and the best,,, the staff lovely Younge people always ready to please you , Thanks to everyone :) Moises Adrian from Toronto"
