"Loved the cozy, outdoor garden area to eat our delicious breakfast in. Loved my hot rock massage with Bianca, she did an excellent job! The location was perfect! The bed was comfortable! The staff was excellent and did a great job setting up all of our tour bookings, dinner reservations, etc., super helpful! It was my favorite stay out of our island and mainland visit and we stayed at five places in total during our visit. I highly recommend Nine Dots and Bianca for a relaxing massage!"

"It was mostly great having the volcanic pools on site. Property was heavily carpeted even though a lot of moisture and not too clean in the shared areas. Very busy with guests and not enough staff on the grounds especially during breakfast / mealtimes / trying to book spa appointments."
