We have just received notice that the pool will require maintenance. Therefore, it will be emptied starting October 1st for tile replacement, deep cleaning, and other necessary repairs.

The work is expected to last 4–6 weeks. Please note that there is a possibility the maintenance may take longer.

All existing bookings prior to this date have already been notified.

For all bookings made after this date, it will be assumed that guests are aware of and accept that the pool may be closed during their stay.

If you do not read this notice before booking, we will do our best to accommodate a request to move you; however, we cannot guarantee that this will be possible.

Start your day with a refreshing morning walk along the beach coastline, heading towards the end of the beach where you will find a large rock cape. This spot is incredibly relaxing and tranquil.

One of the highlights of this location is the breathtaking sunsets. You'll have the opportunity to witness amazing displays of colors as the sun sets over the horizon.

Inside the condo, you'll find modern amenities to enhance your stay. The living room features comfortable furniture sets and a large smart TV for your entertainment. The kitchen is equipped with upgraded appliances, allowing you to prepare delicious meals. Fresh bed sheets and blankets are provided, ensuring a cozy and restful sleep. There are 4 beach chairs available for guests to use.

As you step into the master bedroom, you'll be greeted by a cozy queen bed and a spacious closet for your belongings. The second bedroom offers two single beds, making it perfect for families or friends traveling together.

To add to your comfort, the condo provides new large fluffy white bath towels, ensuring a luxurious bathing experience.

As Costa Rica is a developing country, it is not uncommon that interruptions in important services such as water, electricity and internet occur. Such events cannot be predicted and if they do occur it is outside of the host’s control.

Supplies Provided: Our property is priced competitively, with discounts available for longer stays. This is based on the understanding that the condo is equipped with a limited starter pack, including a few rolls of toilet paper, one roll of paper towels, a sponge, dish soap, hand soap, trash bags, and basic cleaning supplies. Please note, shampoo is not provided. Once these initial supplies run out, it is the guest's responsibility to restock them as needed.
