"The staff was very nice. The rooms were spacious. The indoor waterpark looked fun, but it made every inch of the hotel very humid and smell like a chlorine bomb went off. I’m really sensitive to chlorine/bleach smells, so it was challenging to be in my room. "

"Love staying here during appointments at Mayo Clinic. Our home away from home, warm, welcoming and cozy. Best access to the clinic during the winter months is through the subway system. Both restaurants on site are excellent. Highly recommend the valet service. "

"We appreciate how they go out of their way to cater to families with patients in the hospital. After sitting in the surgical waiting room all day, it was such a wonderful surprise to be offered a bowl of hot soup to take up to our room for the night. We certainly did not feel like eating out again. "
