"Location : around 10 min walk from the JR station to the pier where the hotel provides free shuttle bus/ ferry pick up service. Room: nice size and view. Rather old style But i consider it reasonable as it is an old hotel. Onsen : I love the cave onsen. Very rare. This is the most beautiful features at the hotel. Meals: buffet style. I always prefer kaiseki style. But it is a big hotel with a lot of guests. Buffer style is easy to manage . Staff: nice and helpful Recommended for good value for money "

"The beds were so comfortable, the hotel was breathtaking views of the ocean!! Staff were so friendly and welcoming!!! Super cool kitchen area to use!!! "

"A big cockroach was crawling on the bed when I lifted the comforter. Luckily, my husband was with me and killed the pest. I informed the front desk, but besides some insincere apologies, nothing was done. I had to ask the receptionist to come to the room to remove the pest and change the bed linens. I was glad it was just a one-night stay. I will never return, even if it were a free stay—no way. "

"We were warmly welcomed to Manseirou after 4 days of hiking the Kumano Kodō. The hotel was clean and peaceful and the onsen was perfect for soaking away the soreness from the hike. We had an excellent breakfast at the hotel and a nice view of the harbor."

"Place is located in a great spot right across from the ocean with a nice view from our room. Only about a 15 minute walk to the town hub with restaurants and shopping. "
