  • Casa Silvana is a newly renovated 3 bedroom home in the lovely beachfront community of Villas del Palmar. Just a few steps from the beach and an easy 7 minute stroll into town. Come enjoy the ideal spot on Sayulita's north beach.

    All homes in Villas del Palmar share a huge swimming pool with a separate shallow section for kids and a large beachfront palapa area. A great place to watch the sunset.

    I live just a few houses away and am around to make sure your stay is as comfortable as possible.

    The beach in front of Villas del Palmar is the ideal place to take up some sun or surf without the huge crowd of people one encounters on the main beach by the downtown area.
