  • Welcome to Villa Colima, a beautiful 3 bedroom 3 bath home in the brand new luxury condominium complex, Monterosa. We are a gated community located on Sayulita's north side, right across the street from the beach. Villa Colima offers spectacular views, easy beach access, a gorgeous swimming pool, a brand new synthetic turf tennis court, and is an easy 10-15 minute walk to the town center. If you prefer to rent a golf cart, we have a private golf cart parking spot right out in front.

    We have the new fiber-optic super high-speed wifi in the unit.
