"Il plus sicuramente la pulizia della camera, veramente impeccabile, anche il bagno e la doccia davvero ottimi. Letto abbastanza comodo, forse il materasso potrebbe essere migliorato (si sentiva qualche molla). Colazione soddisfacente. Piscina bella, ma non ne abbiamo usufruito. La signora alla reception molto gentile, ma molto minimal, ci ha fatto vedere dov'era la camera, ma non ci ha dato indicazioni sugli orari della colazione od altro, anche se era tutto scritto poi sul foglio presente nella...

Le personnel est très avenant avec un remerciement spécial pour Fatima qui nous a accueillis en français est s'est occupé de nous toute la soirée. "Miss Alessia in front desk was very friendly and helpful. She connect us with Whatsup, said many times “no worry” with smile, arranged taxi for our early morning departure, and prepare our breakfast in a box. Once meeting a hotel staff like Alessia as if we had a daughter in Italy, we really felt home. Highly recommended everyone to this hotel. Thanks so much for what you did for us, Alessia!"

"Nice location in the woods"

"Staff very helpful, hotel was fine but very dated. The bathroom felt a little bit grubby. Had a few issues with the keys which were eventually solved, but no major problems. Good location, near to a major bus stop to go into central Siena. It’s worth noting that buses are quite unreliable in the evening so you may have to get a taxi back to the hotel (10-12 euros ish)."
