They recommended great authentic restaurants even made the reservation for us. Hotel was very clean when our room was cleaned daily they left treats for us. "

"Overall good , one runner in the gym was not working out of two so I couldn’t work out with my wife , breakfast lack of variety , not enough vegetables , good service , water was not going down in toilet, we asked to fix it but only in evening fixed it , room was good overall "

"The room was full of ants and other small insects. I was staying in the middle of Tuscany wine country, I would expect my room to have a corkscrew and at least glass glasses. The room only had flimsy plastic cups. "
