"Great location and great views. But be aware the AC isn’t in the bedroom, just upstairs in the living area. Also, the shower would not drain. So we had to take super fast showers as to not flood the bathroom, which was less than ideal. My husband waited about half an hour after mine and it had mostly drained. But after his shower, it didn’t drain overnight into the next morning when we left. Hopefully it gets fixed!"

"We had trouble finding it and did not have a phone number to use to find it. Someone finally responded to the web inquiry and met us and let us in. Then when we used out key it wouldn't work. They sent someone and their key didn't work either. Then they figured out how to get us in, and it was good from there. The place was OK but you did have to climb a spiral metal stair to the bed / Loft. You had to go up and down to use the bathroom and that was not convenient especially at night. "

"After climbing the 74 stairs (we had already been stair-training in Amalfi and Vieste..!), we were charmed by the apartment; clean, comfortable, well-appointed, but the terrace sealed the deal! Having coffee in the morning, watching the fog lift over the valley, then closing the day with a nightcap and the company of the full moon over the church created a dream state in which we enjoyed our days in Siena. "We stayed at this basic but nice 3-star hotel just one night while visiting Siena. We had a room for 3 for my wife and I and our adult daughter. The hotel was easy walking distance from the train/bus station. It's kind of weird because you enter an indoor shopping area across the street from the station and then go up about 6 banks of escalators to get up the hillside. Then the hotel is just a block away. One of the AC units didn't work but friendly staff helped start the other one. All staff were very friendly and spoke English. Easy walk a few blocks into the old city. Wonderful breakfast!!! We were able to leave our bags for most of the day while we explored the city prior to leaving on the bus again. I would definitely stay again."
