I especially like the new menu in the lounge (along with the Scarborough Fair beer at 6%) I think they need to think about global warming (who would have thought that you might need air conditioning in Scarborough?). "Clean and spacious family room in a lovely part of Scarborough, within easy reach of town and the South beach but away from the hustle and bustle. Welcoming staff and room was clean and well maintained. The shower was very weak and our top floor room warm at night but a fan helped. Good value overall. "

The host James was very professional and happy to advise on the area . Close to the cliff lift to the spa, and we found the area nice for walking around Scarborough. The public transport links are close by , you can easily leave the car parked and enjoy a driving free break. We would fully recommend the waves for a short or longer break"

"This property is in an excellent location opposite the harbour with amazing views. The room was a good size and warm considering the freezing weather. It seemed to be recently decorated with a modern bathroom. Lots of wardrobe space and a king size bed. However, there were some issues in the room including a very scaly kettle, only 2 teabags, 1 shower gel, no glasses, no bathmat, flat batteries in tv remote, and only half a loo roll. As there were no staff on site for most of the time these...
