"Nobody is at the desk after 3pm even though they tell you to check in after 3pm, makes no sense. You have to use a separate entrance after 3pm, which nobody explained to me so i was locked out of the hotel and had to call customer service. They didn’t know how to help me so they had to call the person that lives on the property to come let me in. "The room itself was clean, no air conditioning, they are still in construction. Tried to use the laundry facility but nothing was hooked up. None of this was stated when booking the room. No staff on site but was an easy check in and check out online. Close to some shops and food. 15 min walk to train station."
