"We had a short stay. We had only about 8 hours after traveling through 10 time zones before pur next flight and badly needed some sleep. We were assigned a room “with an upgrade”. The room’s toilet and shower did not function. We were promised an immediate repair, but after 15 minutes no one came. Called again and front desk said “No one came?” Demanded and got a room transfer. That took a lot of precious time and we got even less sleep! The most important things a hotel needs to offer...
