He was asking me to pay again, even though I had a receipt that showed I pre-paid...and he was not asking me to pay "incidentals". He was asking for the same rate that was previously debited from my account. He claimed "it says pay at property" but would not show me where it said that. "Great place and good value. The front desk associate was extremely helpful in moving us to another room (we did not want to be close to the pool). He also was helpful in troubleshooting or tv signal problem. Great place to stay!"
