"It was not where it was listed but it was a good spot just had one set of bunks so one adult slept on the top. It was in the garment district near the empire state building. "When I made the reservation, the picture was quite different from the room. It was tiny. The bathroom smelled of urine and the tub had rust stains. We brought this up to the front desk & told we couldn’t get another room. The only thing they could offer was a refund & we could go somewhere else. Trying to find a last minute hotel in that area with a reasonable price wasn’t going to work. They only offered a can of Lysol for the smell. We were suppose to receive a complementary beverage card at check in & didn’t receive it. Had to come back to ask for it."

I don’t understand the resort fee - this was not a resort in any way. This was not worth the costs."
