"Clean, efficient and nice amenities. The $20 they offer you for the bar or room service is a scam, they charge $9 for room service delivery fees so the amount is really $11. And why does room service suddenly charge $9.00?? Sounds like a cash grab to me, not cool Westin Hotel! "

"Comfortable clean rooms. Great location. Conveniently located restaurant with decent food. Can be a bit noisy given proximity to Times Square. Front desk gave us a bottle of wine (for a birthday) upon check in which was a nice touch. Great location and amenities and you pay for it. Would return 100%"

The rooms are a bit on the smaller side, but they’re functional, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed for a great stay in the city. What really stood out was the overall vibe of the hotel. From the stylish atmosphere to the energy of the lobby, everything felt inviting and full of character. And the jazz vibes? Absolutely amazing. The live music added such a unique and enjoyable touch to the experience. Overall, a great stay with fantastic service, cozy rooms, and unforgettable jazz ambiance. I’d definitely stay here again."
