The room is clean and had everything we would need to enjoy a quiet weekend. MJ is a wonderful host and was there quickly when the tv remote decided to stop working. "The view was spectacular! We have been coming to Seaside for over twenty years and have stayed in several honeymoon cottages and this is, by far, the best equipped we have stayed in. The beach chairs were a very nice touch and the location is perfect. We will continue to vacation in Seaside and when it is just the two of us, we will stay here again. "

"My wife and I (plus our 8 month old) stayed for 2 nights in this lovely Seaside Cottage/Tiny house. It was exactly as described. It is small and cozy - has everything you need for an enjoyable weekend. It is within the Seaside community and you get access to all amenities. The cottage was comfy and very clean. Also, shout out ot the shower, which had excellent water pressure. The vacation rental company was the best I've seen yet - super responsive, texted all the info on time, and honestly, there is nothing negative that can be said. 5/5 stars"

"The property was amazing - very small and quaint but perfect for small family of four. The small cottage style of this place is adorable. Very clean when we arrived. Beds were very comfortable which was great - often a negative when traveling. Not ideal to have 1.5 bath with shower only but worked out fine. Absolutely LOVED the bikes and the neighborhood and proximity to the beach and private beach, not crowded in this spot at all. Annoying that the lock code was automatically changed on the door an hour before departure time and this was *NOT in all the directions, but I messaged the management company - doesn’t reflect the actual place and experience and gave feedback to warn others if they are going to do that. "

"The house could not have been better. Large open floor plan, each floor has a kitchen and laundry room which was wonderful, wide hallways, open layout. With a large group we could have together time at the big island and 12 seater table or find space to have quiet time. Outside is beautiful, pool and hot tub fabulous with private beach access. The house is very comfortable, well appointed and very well stocked. NO COMPLAINTS. We can't wait to come back."

"I'm not usually one to leave reviews or complain, but I feel it's important for others to read this before deciding to stay and pay the premium this house is asking.Let me start with the positives: the location is outstanding.Now for the issues. If you're going to charge over 30,000 per week, you should at least provide basic cleaning essentials. We had to buy our own trash bags, laundry detergent, and dish soap. The Dyson vacuum was broken, so we couldn’t properly clean the floors. In the kitchen, the hot water faucet was loose and had almost no water pressure.The outdoor lawn furniture was in such poor condition that we couldn't sit and enjoy the space. The master toilet was broken and ran constantly—I can’t even imagine what the water bill for that must be. Additionally, the carpets and furniture had visible stains.What was most disappointing is that Exclusive30A seems to oversell this house and doesn't accurately represent it. The photos online are very misleading and do not reflect the actual condition of the property.This was our first trip to Seaside, and we had a great time as a family. Unfortunately, the house was not what we expected or what was promised."
