Garage: Narrow single-car garage fits small vehicles. 15'max in length; one foot in from the front of the garage has a height clearance of 42.24”. There is a parking pass for street parking for larger or 2nd cars. A vehicle is not needed to get around; you are so well-located to everywhere here with plenty of options for public transportation and Uber's are plentiful! *Please reach out to discuss parking if you have any questions.

- The cleaning fees noted are for short-term stays; cleaning fees for long-term stays will be discussed prior to a confirmation. We will simply pass along the fee the cleaners charge us to have the home brought back to the state it was given; we do not add any fee on top of the cleaners'.

Very close to the main downtown area. It's a very nicely furnished 3-bedroom, 2-bath unit with easy access to the downtown tourist attractions. It also comes with a 1-car garage, which is very useful given the shortage of parking. But as they warn you, the garage can only fit short vehicles, so anything bigger than a compact car likely won't work. Plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, convenience stores, etc. are within a short walk.
