Belated father's day fishing trip

Great spot to stay not far from piers and beaches. Myself and a couple other dads booked a fishing charter and this couldn't have been a better place to relax after a fun day out and around the water.

This was the perfect location for us. The house was clean. It was very nice that each room had its own bathroom, no one had to wait. We would definitely stay here again if in the area.

A gathering of friends

Lovely home. Location worked well for our plans. We loved having separate bedrooms and attached bathrooms for each of us! Very spacious living room and kitchen/dining area. Host left beach chairs, beach towels for guests to use and board games for evening entertainment. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

This was an absolutely perfect spot for us. We had siblings come down to Florida to have a reunion with family who live here. It was perfect with all of us having our own bathroom the kitchen and living area was beautiful. Perfect for us.

4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms very nice...furniture comfortable. Very close to a number of restaurants and close to the water. No privacy in common area as back wall was all sliding glass doors to back yard and had no blinds. Back yard needed some work as no privacy.patio was a bit bare. Rusty dirty fan and rusty charcoal grill..overall ok but backyard snd privacy lacking. Live plants at entrance would be nice as well.

This was our second time renting this house. We were a family visiting a sick loved one and the house was perfect for our large group. Host was excellent. She fixed an issue we had within hours. It is walking distance to the water! Highly recommended.

Perfect family home in Sebastian

This rental was the perfect place for us to have a family vacation. With four beds, and connected bathrooms, we were very comfortable and had our own spaces. The property was very well appointed, beds were comfortable, and the convenience to downtown Sebastian and the beach (Golden Sands) was unbeatable. We would recommend it to anyone!

Wedding/bridesmaids

Perfect home for bridesmaids and our partners. We were in Sebastian from Colorado and Canada. Ashely’s home provided the perfect space for all of us. We are all college friends of 20 plus years, some married and some single. It was nice to have 4 bedrooms and bathrooms and a large area to congregate. Only complaints which are specific to my age and gender. The airflow/air conditioning never gets cool enough. We were all always hot. Even with the ceiling fans. The concrete floors and lack of softness throughout the house makes everything loud. So, if you are a light sleeper or are with people who are generally loud…be prepared. There is not much to buffer the sound. House is great. 10/10. Great location. Host very responsive. Everything is up to date.

Memorial for a close friens

This property is so beautiful. It is spotless and perfect for 8 adults. Every room has its own bathroom and the kitchen has everything you need. I have already recommended the property to my friend who lives in the area and has people that visit yearly. Ashley was available, pleasant and communicative. Lovely and spacious Sebastian family home

This is a very pretty home with large rooms and bathrooms. Fully prepared for guests. Shampoo, nice towels, washer and dryer, clean kitchen, and thought out decor! We enjoyed our stay. A later check out then 10 am would make stay even better. Thank you for making our time in Sebastian/ Melbourne for my daughter’s wedding such a great weekend.

Great location and close to everything! We walked to the pier and Earl's - about a mile away. It was great that every room had their own bathroom. Concrete floors, so sounds did carry a lot...other than that - a great house!
