This was an excellent place for us and my 2 grandchildren 9 and 6. They loved the game room, the pool and the pool was clean along with the kitchen. The air conditioning was when we plan to to visit in the future, we would definitely try to book this place again. perfect.

This beautiful home is your home away from home! You must come here and make wonderful memories with your family. Absolutely immaculate and so adorably decorated. It was conveniently located to shopping and the beach. It was in a very safe development in Sebastian less than 5 minutes to all of your vacation needs. I cannot wait to rebook!

Wonderful time at the Beach House! Well-appointed accommodations, combined with fun decor. Family especially enjoyed the heated pool and game room. I appreciated the host's quick response to any question and overall hospitality right down to cut flowers! You wont regret this vacay stay!

The master bed was very comfortable & the kitchen was well stocked with dishes & accessories. I was happy to use their airfryer! The pool was nice. So many little hidden amenities. They really thought of everything. We felt safe & very comfortable here.

We found your beautiful property to be spotlessly clean upon our arrival❤️. All mechanicals worked perfectly.Thank you so very much for having the pool so warm that we could even use it on those cooler days. Best pool experience ever💕. The showers had great pressure and an oversized head with plenty of hot water—best shower experience ever!The game room was a delight, especially to our 12-year-old son⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Thank You for a terrific stay and taking such good care of us and your property.

Kitchen well equipped - looks recently renovated with lots of new furniture and fixtures. Beach towels were really a beach towel not a scratchy bath towel which we’ve found d at some past rentals. Pool was very clean! If you want it heated please make arrangements ahead of time as owner only takes Zell for the heating payments. Otherwise beautiful and spacious home!

Sebastian's Best

The home was tastefully updated, nicely decorated with every conceivable amenity. The home was carefully cleaned, the pool water was crystal-clear, the recreation room was complete with pool table, dart board, card table, mini-basketball shooting range, cornhole boards and even had a working Donkey Kong game machine.The host(s) were considerate and cooperative even allowing us early access due to unforeseen circumstances. All communications were timely and responsive.Without a doubt, I would gladly choose this stay again in the future, and highly recommend to others.

This is a great spot to get away! Close enough to anything you could possibly want or need, yet far enough to be away from the hustle and bustle of city life. This is a beautiful home - as advertised and noted in other reviews. It was the perfect place for us traveling to visit with family who live in the area. The kitchen is equipped with just about everything you need if you plan to cook during your stay. The pool was refreshing and there were masks/goggles and some floaties available to use. There were also plenty of pool towels available, although we had brought our own to use while here. The game room is perfect for a family looking for extra entertainment while in the house, although my granddaughter is the only one who used it and stayed with the Mortal Kombat II game. The washer and dryer appear to be new. We only used two beds and they were comfortable, so I cannot speak to the comfort of all of the beds. Our vacation plans changed a bit, and my husband was not able to come with us. So, being a woman traveling alone with a 10-year-old girl, I felt very safe here. I would definitely rent this home again. The host responded quickly to my questions upon arrival. One thing to note, the pictures do not show if there are TVs in the bedrooms, but there are TVs mounted in every bedroom and one in the living room.
