Seppi - Seen und Berge by Interhome

  • Type of building: Detached house. size of property: 800m².
    You'll find the "Haus Seppi in Seelisberg" at the end of a private road. Great views of the opposite mountain called "Hochfluh" and the famous Lake Lucerne. 

    It is fully equipped like a normal house. It can fit 2-5 people.
    The property is at the end of a private road. We have parking space for up to three cars. Up the stairs (51 steps) and you're at the entrance. There is a big terrace and an upper level balcony where you can dine outside or just have a glass of wine or beer and enjoy the beautiful lake view.  A gas grill is ready for your barbecue.

    During summer, while in the morning the sun shines at the back of the house, you can enjoy the sunset on the front balcony. 

    You will find the entrance at the back of the house. 

    Top level After you've entered the house you will find a bathroom with a bath/shower on your left. On your right there's a single bedroom 140x200 boxspring bed (that fits also for 2 small children) and a office workspace (22inch display and keyboard/mouse is available). Next bedroom on your right is the main double. The living room is fully furnished, Internet/TV, radio/Hi-Fi and a log burner. From there you can reach the balcony with the BBQ. The kitchen is fully equipped with induction cooker, oven, microwave, fridge, Nespresso coffee machine, dish washer, table grill, fondue-set. We also provide a laptop and board games. Base level Downstairs you'll find an utility room with washing machine and a shower. You will also find an additional room with a double Boxspring bed and access to the terrace.  The house has a heat pump with underfloor heating which can be controlled remotely.

Wir haben uns richtig wohl gefühlt!

Schmuckes Häuschen, mit sehr gut eingerichteter Küche, gemütlichem Wohnzimmer, grossem Balkon und einer tollen Aussicht auf den See. Idealer Standort für Ausflüge rund um den Vierwaltstättersee. Vor der Anreise erhält man vom Eigentümer eine informative Broschüre. Einzig zu beachten ist: Wegen des Standorts abseits des Dorfzentrums wird zur Anreise und während des Aufenthalts ein Auto benötigt. Wir hatten eine wundervolle Woche. Vielen Dank.

Dream view from a quiet place.

A quiet cosy chalet lost in the nature. A wonderful terrace facing the lake. Plenty of space in a comfortable renovated chalet with all modern equipment and a welcoming stove. Hiking could be started right from the chalet and plenty of other tracks are starting at the near village a few kilometers away. We have also enjoyed the paragliding in the nearby school. And in 45 minutes we were in the center of the very nice city of Luzern. This chalet is definitely the right place to enjoy the serenity of this nice region.
