Hotel Beau Séjour Lucerne

"The view and the people working there, especially Victoria, were fantastic! Very convenient to town-either a 20-min beautiful walk along the boatwalk or a 5-min bus ride. I felt so welcome before we and even arrived, as they sent us welcome messages and a free bus pass for the city throughout our stay. It's a very cute boutique hotel where you check in at the bar! Great restaurant too."

"This hotel was an easy 3 min walk from the train station. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The room was comfortable although a little warm without air-conditioning, but a fan was supplied. Bed was comfortable. The breakfast had a good selection of fruits, cereals, yogurt, cold meats , cheese, boiled eggs and salad, Tea and coffee was available all day. It was very handy to be able to eat bought in food in the dining room at any time. This was an ideal hotel for our stay."

The Lubo - self check-in

8/10 Good
"The Lubo is a quick bus ride or walk from the train station. It's not hard to find and the staff at the bar/Cafe downstairs are very helpful. Check in is easy on the phone or the kiosk. The most difficult part is the stairs in the hotel and finding the room. There are a few stairs to get into the hotel and on every floor. Make sure you are not travelling with a million suitcases. I would go scout out your room first. Otherwise, for the price and location, the hotel is great. There's a mini kitchenette that we didn't use and close to everything."
