"Our remote didn't work, so we had to move rooms. The restaurant on premises' food was not good, the bed was uncomfortable, the same piece of trash was on the floor in the hallway the whole stay. We ordered drinks at the bar. One was WAY too strong, the other didn't taste like alcohol at all. The place was nice and the staff very nice. "

"Arrived a bit early and our room was ready. Everything was clean and the AC worked well. Pool looked nice, didn't get to use it. Loved having the Lemon Bar right there and just a short walk to the beach. Loved the charm of the property and vibe of Neptune... well definitely be back for a longer stay. If i had one wish, it would be that room keys also worked on the sliding doors so that you could exit and lock from the back. "

"Beautiful home just a short drive to the beach at Hannah Park. The pups loved sniffing around the backyard. Nice to sit out back after coming back from the beach. We grilled out two nights we were there. Comfy beds, nice shower and with great water pressure, and we loved sitting in the garage playing pool with the garage door open on a nice spring evenings. My only suggestion is more seating in the living room. No way for 5-people to watch TV comfortably. We had to pull a chair from the dining room. "

"This is a beautiful and clean hotel. We wished we could have stayed longer. Great staff and the rooms were very clean and the bed was comfortable. They even had a laundry room that we could use. I will be looking for TownePlace Suites from now on."

"Everyone at the property was very friendly and helpful, except the lady that runs the kitchen for breakfast. She was not friendly at all. The front desk staff were awesome. The only other suggestion I would have is that it would be nice if there were some bars to hold onto in the shower and also if there was a shelf of some kind in the shower to set things on. Thank you."

"I wish I could remember the name of the gentleman who checked us in because he was wonderful! The property is undergoing some refurbs and updates - so there are some growing pains - but we were given a newly renovated room on a top floor and it was beautiful. And the property is in a perfect location to park the car and walk around all weekend. We would highly recommend!"
