Yuda, Gusti and team were incredible and were a joy to see anytime we left or returned to the villa. Nothing was too much trouble. The villa itself was awesome, very clean and aircon very cool, the private pool was much larger than expected and we spent many hours here. The location was perfect for any dining options and extremely close to potato head and the other beach clubs. Its worth noting that the main street is busy but you cannot hear anything from your villa. We have already planned to bring our family back to yubi in 2025. Thanks james and amy

Large and spacious villa ! Close to key venues. Very clean and pool was attended too daily. As a women traveling alone. I felt very safe and had complete privacy. I had the opportunity to have a massage and facial, which was relaxing and I would highly recommend. Staff were thoughtful, professional and attended to all my needs. I will return again.

A gem tucked away in Seminyak. Beautiful villa with a pool - I stayed here with my son as we had a trip together to Bali. Very close to shops, food, convenience stores, but far away from the street in that it was quiet and we didn't have any street noise. Also easy to find and have a car pull right up when we needed to go somewhere. Lovely place with great service - truly enjoyed it!

I stayed here for two weeks and had an overall pretty good experience. If you're looking to have fun and enjoy night life/ dining options this is a good place to stay. If you're looking for more peace and quiet, I wouldn't recommend because how busy and loud the area is with businesses and night life. The property staff were amazing and quick to assist with any issues. However, beware that the kitchen / dining area doesn't have a door and there were a ton of ants, insects, and even a bat in there regularly. The breakfast was included but was usually pretty cold and we weren't a fan of it. The property offers a few amenities like spa services, cooking class, and can help you navigate things to do. Overall I'd give it a 3.5/5 stars.

The property is gorgeous, spotless, and feels very luxe. It’s a perfect spot to stay for solo travellers as well - I felt very safe being in Bali for the first time and alone. The staff and owner are really attentive and care about their guests. Highly recommend and can’t wait to be back!

We enjoyed our stay, staff were amazing and friendly! Kitchen facilities require a little upgrade, but we didn't really need to use it as there were plenty of places to eat and drink nearby.

Clean and sound villa. The staff were very nice and accommodating. Food was prepared offsite, so it was usually cold by arrival. No indoor dining area which is fine unless you have small children as the pool cant be secured. Front of property is a half finished construction site due to being hit financially through covid. Night life is vibrant and ongoing through the night and can sometimes be heard in the villa. Didn't meet expectations but did the trick, nonetheless.

The villa was spacious (great for a family), the pool was nice, the gardens are pleasant and it’s within walking distance of some top drinking/eating spots in northern Seminyak. The staff make a big effort to make you feel welcome. However, it fell well short on our expectation for luxury - 3 stars at best. For the price, we expected much more. There is no kitchen on-site, so any food you might order comes with a minimum of an hour wait and often arrives cold covered in cling-wrap from a sister property. The food on offer is rather basic and uninteresting, just a handful of standard indo and western options on the menu. Our villa had a kitchen, but we discovered the microwave and cooktop didn’t work so you couldn’t cook even if you wanted to. We were underwhelmed by the bathroom - old thin greying towels, no nice toiletries, and very low pressure water. For 2 days we had no hot water, which was eventually fixed. Finally, a minor point, but the tiles around the villa are so slippery when wet - we fell a number of times! Also, there’s a thumping nightclub nearby - thankfully didn’t disturb us every night but certainly ruined any hope of sleep on our first night.

Awesome stay at the yubi very clean place the staff were very friendly and its a good price for the time we stayed there yes there was building under construction at the front but dont judge it as it nice once you go down the side to it Very close to all the beach clubs walking distance to potatoe head and mrs sippy also good restraunt nearby check out the grump butcher for best steak or the forge gastropub for good feed and enviroment

I cannot speak highly enough in the way the staff, from the young guys and girls who cleaned the Villa and pool every day, up to the manager who went out of his way to make sure our stay was something to remember. At a very reasonable cost they also supplied a car and a driver for our extended day trips. I would recommend Yubi Villas without hesitation for your stay in Bali.

The management couldn't do enough to make our stay more enjoyable. The property and service staff were excellent. The location was also great, lots of restaurants in the area and shops not to far away. Traffic in this part of Seminyak is also a little lighter which was great. What we didn't like so much was the noise from the nightclub next door. The music could not be heard but the bass was so loud all you could hear was the annoying doff doff noises.

Yubi villas are fabulous a little oasis in the middle of a busy area. The private pool was amazing as was the villa itself. We even had a resident squirrel. The aircon was brilliant. The staff could not have been kinder. We couldn’t work the ATM so the security man walked us across the road at 10 pm to help us. The duty manager went into Denpasar to find me earphones because I didn’t have any for the return flight. Well above what is expected of anyone working at tourist accomodation. The Indonesian Breakfast was good but the American options not so much. There is a nightclub near the villas but the music is only slightly audible some nights. Generally I would highly recommend Yubi villas and thank the staff for a lovely stay.

Im more than happy about my stay in the villa. The staff was amazing and allways helpfull. The villa is located perfectly in Semyniak, near all good restaurante massage place and beachclubs. Breakfast served in the villa at the appointment you arrange with the staff. Your pool and garden is cleaned everyday, also at the time you book with the staff. Nice and calm in the villa area. You will get a homie feeling and no one will disturb. Reception is allways open with staff nearby. Will come back for sure.

Our welcome and the staff were amazing and so helpful. It’s amazingly central and walking distance to the beach, markets and restaurants. The property could do with a revamp/freshen up and it’s right next door to a nightclub so expect to have music playing all night/morning.

The Yubi is our favorite place to stay in Bali - every time. Regardless of the construction work being done at the entrance (they're building a new restaurant), we love the garden, the large pool (relatively), and hanging out in the gazebo. Given there's a stereo system to which we can connect our computer and play our own music, it's the place we keep on returning to.

Property difficult to find down a very long unsignposted tiny laneway. Night staff welcoming and kind. Vila pool and outside space amazing. Bedroom nice. Kitchen and bathroom not maintained very well. Breakfast barley edible not like pics. However location convenient and the whole point is to relax by the pool in the sun so perfect for that at right price

The photos used to advertise these villas are simply incorrect, the villas look nothing like what was advertised on Wotif, in comparison to other villas across Bali this is, in my opinion, not worth the money at all and disappointing to say the least. It is more like a 2 star villa. I would not recommend this place at all. Wotif.com really needs to lift their game as a place advertised like this needs to seriously be monitored and more accurate pictures need to be made available to potential guests. Very deceiving.

Liked the great location, great staff, spacious villa, large bathroom, large bedroom and very private relaxing garden with pool. Easy walking distance to plenty of restaurants, many with sea views, Potato Head Beach Club, Woo Bar & Ku De Ta. Favourite was Mano Beach House. Wi-Fi was not great and fixtures and fittings are getting a bit past their best but this was still a great place to stay.
