"I had stayed here a few years back of course it was a little newer. they were working on the pool so we were not able to swim but the gym was awesome and clean We stopped at the restaurant in the morning to have breakfast staff was amazing the food was fresh and amazing I guess they make a lot of their food fresh hollandaise etc in the morning 😊. The room we stayed in was tidy , the bathroom was so much cleaner than the room but some repair was needed and window treatments things like that could have been a little better cleaner for the price we paid"

"I told the housekeeper to clean my room i had the dont disburse on my room but when i wad leaving my roon i askedvthe housekeeper to clean my room and left a tip in there for him and he said yes i got you and nobody ever came in my room to clean it and the young lady at the front desk i shoed her my room to have a witness to my room not being clean and she offerd me a different room abd ddnt take it cause my room should have be cleaned a ready pk and i will be reporting this to the better i will be reporting this incede n t thst happening "

"Home had everything we needed. Spotless. Location was prime for access to anything you needed in town. Comfortable beds. We were in town for our son's wedding. Home was spacious enough to host the 9 groomsmen for brunch wedding morning. Only thing not perfect was the sound from the main road but we used fan apps on our phones to mask that sound and then slept wonderfully. "

"The room we reserved was unavailable due to heat issues. The replacement in the Vinifera suites was marginal. The bedspread was too small, exposing the mattress. The overall experience was mediocre. We have been coming to Belhurst for over 40 years. This may have been our last visit"

"The house is beautiful, clean and homey. The view was breath taking. Very quiet area. Owner was quick to respond to questions before booking and after. Instructions were simple to understand to get in and what to do when we leave. We will be back again at Keuka Cottage."
