Beautifully designed hotel with the worst amenities, toiletries for 4 and 5 star hotels.
In my South Korean tour, I used 7 different 4 and 5 star hotels, but I have never seen such a lack of basic room amenities, also in over 20 years of traveling all continents in 4 and 5 star hotels. It can be seen in the pictures everything they offer,nothing else.
Many employees do nothing and without much care for customers, with only a few exceptions.
If this is a franchise, sorry but the franchisee must be changed, it's a shame that such a large investment is managed with such professional incompetence.
