Excellent family rooms. Superb facilities ensured the children we kept busy during our stay. Lots of space and the pools and no big queues for breakfast. Sorry walks to dinner lovely restaurant for other options for dinner and drinks

Me and my girlfriend had a great time in the apartment , the beach and the pool. We enjoyed bringing our own appetizer and wine to the pool, and music as well. We spent lovely days in Sakala. The appointment was very well equipped and we were cocking freely Will visit the place again on next visit to Bali

Wonderful stay with our family for 14 nights. The staff were kind, considerate, warm and thoughtful to us all, including our infant grandchildren. Will stay here again.

The hotel is massively big, it has several restaurants and amazing facilities. However it is located in a somehow isolated area away from markets and restaurants. The bad things about the room were: 1-The a/c was barely enough at night, 2- there was no enough wall plugs, 3- the closet was extremely small, 4- the huge window near the bathtub is non-reflective, which means if you want to enjoy the amazing view with your company everyone will see you naked !

the staff were lovely and very helpful. the only downside was that the hotel was not on the beachfront.

Unfortunately we have to kill the flies (photo approved) and change the room after an hour we check in. The flies are non stop to show up and flying around. We moved from the twin room to the king room. I let my son take the king bed, and I have to take the rolling bed. The drain in the bathroom are smelly. I did complain. so, when you arrive on gated area where there are 5 star hotels lined up, you expect to be impressed and this hotel made the impact straight away, we were greeted warmly and showed around the hotel whilst our room was being prepared (came around 11am and got our room at 12). The staff is amazing there, in the pool area, lobby, reception, spa, gym, kids club, all around, we couldn't ask for more on our trip.
