"My wife was electrically shocked and burned while using a hair dryers. When told what happened to the hotel manager, she offered a bowl of fruit as compensation. What a slap in the face. Considering legal action. "

"Just 10 minutes away from the downtown area, yet far away enough to enjoy some quiet time. Kiddie pool area for kids, hot tub for adults and big pool for everyone is only 5 foot deep. So safe and enjoyable for everyone :) "

"My experience at divi golf was the best, by far the best divi resort on the island. The best restaurants by far of all the divis, I would definitely return with my whole family this time. Mulligans excellent breakfast! And the Italian restaurant has the best striploin. Seabreeze has great lunch menu!! And the coffee shop in the lobby soo good as well. "

"The staff was great throughout with a couple exceptions….at the Palm Beach Restaurant one of burgers came out on a moldy roll. The waitress took it back but the other 2 had their food so we waited for the the waitress to tell us what our options were. She came out 20 min later with a burger that was well done not medium as ordered. The waitress offered to take the burger off the bill or get something else but at this point we had been there over an hour and had other plans that we needed to leave for. The manager never came out so I asked for her. She she came out, she apologized and said she would take the burger off the bill. I said, we are guests here who have spent a great deal of money and I can’t believe a moldy bun came out of the kitchen and then the next burger was overcooked and not eaten. I think we should not have to pay for lunch. She tried to bargain with me that she would take both burgers off the bill. I said are you really going to go back and forth with me over this? She told me she had to talk to her GM and disappeared. This is NOT the service or experience I expect from the Hyatt. The resort is great and I highly recommend but I would probably not eat at that particular restaurant again. "
