Amazing stay. So quiet, so relaxing. Lots of very nice amenities. We felt like we didn’t need to leave the hotel at all because so much was taken care of. Right at the beach, amazing swim and snorkeling area. I would love to come back or have stayed longer.
Was amazing place trendy style good times with great music and atmosphere! Food was some of the best we had definitely a foodie experience!!! Would highly recommend riding the bikes down the water an edge to the lighthouse !!!
Insanely amazing property!! A true gem. Only 40-min from the airport. Staff is so friendly and helpful. Pool and views are amazing. Rooms are so cozy - the blankets are so comfy!! Seriously 11/10 hotel. I absolutely will be back.
Not our normal choice but it provided access to the southern part of the island. Good vibe and really friendly and helpful staff. Area is still being developed but the hotel is great and has thought carefully about what the client needs. Unfortunately our AC was broken but they were quick to support and assist. Pool was nice but we chose to jump in the sea. A little rocky with not ladder but beautiful water.
The hotel was brand new, confortable and clean. The staff was still training when we arrived but they were super helpful and nice.
The most disturbing in the hotel was the fact that the menu was full of reference to the country commiting genocide and starving people ... not the most appealing rrefrtences to see when wanting to disconnect ...
Overall was a great hotel and experience, just give 4 stars because its supposed to be adults only and it was frequent to see people (sometimes kids) coming from the outside and using the pool or even worse the hammocks and beds which then did not leave spaces for hotel guests.
Other then that it was lovely, room and views were great.
Wow. What an amazing stay. We loved it. We went on our honeymoon and spent 3 days here. What a cute place, and the team there was so friendly. Great food and drinks, and amazing views.
We didn’t find out till the last day that breakfast was actually included. We loved the bike loaner program which also included e-bikes which my wife loved. If I knew they had road bikes I would have brought my gear and gone out on a long morning ride.
I do highly recommend them the place. We were also able to do a great catamaran trip from the nearby point.
My only suggestions- maybe have some evening entertainment. We heard entertainment at the next resort and felt compelled to join in the fun.
The staff were very helpful and nice specially Francesco, but they don’t have a bell boy to help with the bags.
The taxis are limited in this area but the receptionists helped us get one whenever we needed but you’ll wait about 20-30 min.
The rooms don’t have noise cancellation at all you can hear the room next to you if they’re talking
I absolutely loved my stay at Bikini Island & Mountain Hotel Es Trenc – everything was amazing! I would definitely come back to Mallorca just to stay here again.
We stayed for two day and one night, honestly didn’t feel the need to leave the hotel! There were plenty of sun loungers and cozy spots to relax and sunbathe, and the hotel is just a short walk from the beach – super convenient.
The room was spotless and beautifully prepared, with so many thoughtful touches. They provided a beach bag and large towels (which smelled amazing – like home!), making us feel really well looked after.
There were also different activities available for guests, which was a lovely bonus. One of the staff members even helped us send a postcard — such a kind and thoughtful gesture, we truly appreciated it.
The views were stunning, the vibe was peaceful and relaxing, and every staff member we met was friendly, helpful, and welcoming.
If I had to mention one thing that could be improved, it would be the check-out time. We really wished we could have stayed just a little longer before leaving — that’s how much we loved being there!
Highly recommended if you’re looking for a beautiful, laid-back, and well-designed place to enjoy your holiday!
Room was clean. No mini bar in the room. View was great but the breakfast staff and staff in general really struggle to ever smile, they always seem unhappy being there unless they are speaking to a guest who speaks their language. Sometimes you say hola and smile and you get no response. The breakfasts is very poor compared to other near by hotels, no hot option at all! Eggs cold, omelette cold, hash browns cold, sausages cold (every day). And the coffee is of poor quality. It’s very difficult to get the waiters attention as they always huddle together and don’t keep there attention on the guests, many times I had to get up and go and ask for another drink or to order my dinner. Poor training from management who were also very miserable.
The only saving grace is the room decor and the incredibly lovely house keeping team who are always smiling, saying hello when they see you. and of course the view, but you can get that in any nice hotel here.
I have mixed feelings about my stay here. The interior of the main block of the hotel (there are 3) is stylish and welcoming with high end furnishings, a cool boutique and lots of areas to sit and relax.
Neni restaurant (outside and inside) is also well laid out and the quality of food and drink is high. Nice pool area and plenty of sun loungers around the pool and by the sea so never an issue to find somewhere to relax.
I didn't particularly like the rooms. We were in the green Cliff House in a seaside plus room. The first room we were given on the 4th floor was dark, pokey, not large as hoped (or as paid for!) and smelt REALLY bad. The lifts were also out of order in that block and I got the impression had been for quite some time. Walking up and down 4 flights of stairs wasn't fun. We were also only made aware of the lift fault upon check in. Had someone had mobility issues of any kind, this would have been a huge issue.
We complained about the room and were told we could move when another room became available 2 days later. Our 2nd room was in the same block but on the 1st floor - Brighter and larger, but still very much an old hotel room with a lick of paint feel.
Another gripe was with the lack of service. Not rude, just an attitude of not really caring by the staff - Glasses lay about on tables for hours, and also there didn't seem to be much care for guests. or no personal touch. At £300 per night for bed & breakfast, I didn't feel it was worth the price.
We recently stayed at this hotel in Mallorca and, unfortunately, the experience was far from positive. The property is expensive for what it offers: essentially a simple hotel with nice decoration. Breakfast was very good, but the service was among the worst I have ever seen. Staff seemed poorly trained and often unpleasant.
The parking situation was frustrating. Each time we wanted to leave, we had to call reception to open the gate, but frequently no one was there to answer. We were left waiting 5–10 minutes on several occasions, which is unacceptable for guests.
The restaurant episode was even more disappointing. On our second night, at 8:30 pm, we asked at reception if we could dine there. The receptionist replied, in a rude tone, that it wasn’t our lucky day because the restaurant was “completely full.” As paying guests, we expected at least some effort to accommodate us, especially with hours still left until closing. When I insisted politely, she responded with sarcasm, suggesting we should “make a reservation next time.” This lack of professionalism and hospitality left us shocked.
Overall, the hotel feels overpriced and does not deliver the service expected for the rate. On top of that, the area is crowded with families and children, making it less suitable for couples seeking a quiet holiday. Beaches nearby were overcrowded, adding to the disappointment.
Sadly, I cannot recommend this hotel. For the same price, there are better options in Mallorca, and after thi
We had an amazing stay! The hotel has three different buildings next to each other, and we stayed in the green one. It felt like a dream, with a breathtaking view and direct access to the beach.
The breakfast was excellent every morning, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. We especially loved the fresh orange juice every day. The breakfast staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and fast, making every morning even more enjoyable.
The pool is absolutely perfect, and the entire hotel complex is beautifully designed and very well maintained. Everything was peaceful and relaxing.
The only thing I would recommend is renting a car, as it makes it much easier to explore the surrounding area.
We would definitely come back again and highly recommend this hotel!
The night I arrived, I went down to the restaurant to get a meal and they told me they were full since I did not make a reservation. There were open tables but I understood so I ordered food to go. I told them I would sit at the bar and grab a drink while I waited. The server who took my order said they would bring over my food to me. 45 mins later I still had not received my food. When I asked they scrambled because they had forgotten about my order. By the time I received my meal, my food was cold and my salad was soggy. The next day I made a reservations. I ordered my meal, and again they had forgotten part of my order. Half way through dinner I had to request it. The staff apologized but it came after having to bring that and the previous issue with the meal the night before. There were lots of little things around the vibe of the hotel, the lack of amenities like food options, that I ended up checking out a day early.

We stayed at Bikini Es Trenc for four nights during a heatwave. Unfortunately, the air conditioning at the hotel was no match for the weather and would not go below 23 degrees. We raised the issue and were moved to another room that we were told would be cooler - that turned out not to be the case. Though we appreciated the staff member’s attempts, it remains the case that we were shifted to a smaller room that didn’t fix the problem (though we were giving a bottle of cava for our troubles). We went on holiday to relax and rest but neither of us slept well as a result. When we checked out and were asking if we’d had a nice stay, my husband said not really and the staff on the desk simply said sorry. No compensation offer was made. Additionally, it took 24 hours for body wash to be sent to our room and one member of breakfast staff was not particularly friendly or helpful. On the plus side, the location is good - close to the beach and amenities. Parking is reasonably priced at €10 a day. The restaurant was very good, particularly for gluten free, although breakfast was average on that score. The pool area was very nice and the sun loungers were comfy; views out to the sea were excellent. A mixed experience overall I’m afraid.
