I felt very comfortable, safe, and take. care of here as a solo female traveler. I definitely recommend getting the deluxe room and will plan to be staying here again. It helps the food downstairs at the pub is great too!

Our two bed room was very small, less than 6 feet apart in one part. After two nights, We did ask for a change of room which they graciously accommodated. Hotel is located in a nice neighborhood, just two short blocks from Earl Station underground.

We were surprised at the size of the bedroom. It was large with 2 armchairs- definate bonus when we came back with sore feet! Staff were very happy and helpful

The location is ok but the hotel offers no amenities or services. The shower's water was cold in the morning and we run out of toilet paper and it was not replaced. No air conditioning in the rooms and the rooms open on a backyard space with noisy plant rooms from commercial shops. No concierge and quite difficult for interacting if guests don't speak English.

"Central location. Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Stayed during a heat wave and couldn’t adjust the AC to lower temperatures. No dedicated parking, discounted local NCP parking opposite. Very good restaurant and bar. I was looked after. I would definitely stay here again."
