This is a great place to stay when in Sevilla. Centrally located to all the monuments and within feet of great restaurants, tapas bars and shopping. The host Jorge was great and communicated everything very well. I would stay here again when in Sevilla.

Close to everything in old town. Clean and secure. Calling it luxury is a bit of a stretch. The host was out of the country when we arrived and gave us a non English speaking contact which did not help. Host also provided a full typewritten page of directions to find the rental, very confusing at best. After we found the place I could write accurate directions with one sentence. Overall, to visit Old Town it's very good, I think the property itself is about average for Europe.

The apartment was spotlessly clean. Located on the first floor of a small apartment building, it is accessed through a secure corridor. Very quiet. The apartment has no outside windows. Windows face an interior courtyard, or a rear patio well. The bedroom has two comfortable beds and a small closet. The small kitchen seemed to be well equipped, although I didn’t use it with the exception of the coffee maker. The small bathroom has a very small shower enclosure. There are air conditioners/heating units in both the living room / kitchen and the bedroom. 
The apartment is located near Iglesia del Salvador church, basically in the middle of the older (and atmospheric) section of Sevilla. It is about 1/4 mile north of the Cathedral. Wonderful location for right seeing and eating out. Many excellent bars and restaurants, shops, etc. The apartment is located about 100’ from a small market that carries all the basics. On the other side of the street from the market is an ice cream shop (wonderful!) and a small plaza with several bars and restaurants. It is a lively area! You can walk from Santa Justa Station to the apartment in about 20 min (use a GPS the first time.) The property owner, Jorge, was a great host. He provided excellent communication during the booking process and gave clear directions to the property.

Es un apartamento que está literalmente en todo el centro, a 5minutos de cualquier punto de interés andando. Es básico, pero suficiente ya que lo que realmente interesa es ir a visitar la ciudad. Camas cómodas, sofá cama regular, pero como digo, suficiente.

Jorge is a great host, making the check-in process easy. The apartment is close to many of the major sights, 8 minutes from the cathedral, and in a lively neighborhood with many shops and restaurants. Yet inside the apartment it is quiet. Sounds from the street do not reach the apartment.

"Situation idéale (proche de la place Salvador et des rues commerçantes). Appartement très fonctionnel et bien équipé (machine à laver, dvd, documentations touristiques). Environnement calme malgré sa situation centrale. Inconvénients : qqs désagréments lors de notre passage avec la plomberie (cuisine et ballon d'eau chaude) et une petite cour privative trop exigue pour envisager une quelconque activité (la cour commune est plus grande pour laisser jouer les enfants). A conseiller."

Es war alles da, was ein deutsches Urlauberherz wünscht. Super Lage in der Nähe der historischen Sehenswürdigkeiten, Supermercado vor der Haustür und große Auswahl an Bars uns Restaurants für den spanischen Geschmack. Jorge hatte für jede Frage eine schnelle WhatsApp Antwort parat. Danke für die spanische Gastfreundschaft!

Wir waren zum 2. Mal in Sevilla und können zu 100% sagen, dass diese Wohnung eine perfekte Lage hat. Kleiner Supermarkt im Haus nebenan, Tapas, Cafés und in nächster Nähe und alle Sehenswürdigkeiten gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist klein aber fein und verfügt über alles Notwendige inkl. Haarfön und Shampoo's jeglicher Art. Küche war auch vorhanden, doch wer kocht in Sevilla schon selber. Jorge ist ein sehr sympathischer Vermieter und jederzeit gut erreichbar. Estaba un placer a conocerte! Wir kommen gerne wieder! Un salud de Mathias y Raquel
