"Room was clean and that's about it. Breakfast was horrible. No meat. Everyone is not vegetarian! I reported smoking on the premises and they half investigated the situation. Obviously whoever it was didn't get the memo. They kept doing it, somewhere right near our room. People were slamming doors all night and kids crying and making noise at 3am. Microwave was filthy. I stay in hotels every week for work. I know a bad one when I see one. You get what you pay for I guess. The website made it look nice. I'm upping my game from now on!"

"I walked in the young man that was working was so great and very helpful we got to the room the headboard was dirty the mirror was very smeared the light in the kitchen the lamp that hangs over the table. It was very dirty on the bottom. But outside of that we was ok"

"Check-in was fast, even with a line. The restaurant had great breakfast options and was super fresh. The bar was an added bonus, cute with great drinks! ALL staff was super pleasant - absolutely above and beyond. I will definitely return!"

"I liked it but i didn’t like the front desk staff and housekeep stole my daughter necklace or they simply didn’t try and look for it. "

"Everything was wonderful"

"Our room had slime had stains on the floor, bed skirt, and shower curtain. There were also huge pieces of tape on the wall. It looked like the room had been used for a birthday party previously. When I went to inform the front desk about it because I didn’t want to be charged for someone else’s mess or lack of cleaning on the house keeper’s part, the employee was very rude. I didn’t ask for a change of room because it didn’t directly impact our stay and she so impolitely told the guest in front of me that they were booked up. The unprofessional front desk employee kept asking if there was anything else I wanted to complain about. I didn’t go to the desk to complain but to simply have documentation of the state of the room. Front lobby was very clean and modern but the rooms have not been updated in a few years to match the lobby. "
