"This cabin is amazing! We had such a wonderful time and wish we could have stayed longer! The house was very clean and well stocked for our needs. Our kids loved the games that were available. "Very convenient on the main street in Grand Lake, and we had a late arrival, which was handled perfectly and efficiently. Nice room, we've stayed in that same room before (we've stayed at this property six or seven times in recent years), the motel was full but there was still a parking spot for us in the lot. All good, the lady in the lobby at our late arrival gave all the instructions needed."

"The property was exceptionally clean, well-equipped with everything our group needed, and featured a great location. You truly cannot beat the accessibility here—we loved being just a short walk away from the historic downtown boardwalk, shops, and restaurants. Having easy access to the private sandy beach, docks, and the beautiful grounds made our trip even more special. It is the perfect setup for a family or a small group looking for a comfortable, convenient, and memorable mountain getaway. We would definitely stay here again!"

"We chose this “cabin” for our ladies’ trip and had a wonderful time. I say “cabin” because it was actually a large, beautiful house. We loved the hot tub on the covered, screened-in porch! It was perfect for enjoying a soak and the view without needing to brave the elements. And the view was spectacular! The cabin has a clear view of the lake from the hot tub, and stars at night from the large, wrap-around deck. The deer even came up to the deck to say hello. It was all just gorgeous!The kitchen had everything we needed for meal cooking and preparing snacks. The beds were comfy with several pillow and blanket options. Overall the house was clean and stocked with everything we needed.The steps down to the lake were not for the faint of heart, but even with my gimpy knees I made it up and down. A note for future guests: there are also steps up to the main living area from the garage/outside that are a little steep, but manageable.I’ll admit we were a little reluctant upon seeing a couple of reviews about it not being clean and that there were wasps. We brought cleaning supplies and bee spray, but it wasn’t needed! The Orkin person came for a preventative spray and we saw no wasps inside or out even before that. The only issue we had was the hot tub flipping the breaker. But one text and the hosts/management company had a repair man out the same day and it was resolved. Very pleased with the response time! We highly recommend this cabin for your Grand Lake adventures."
