"We thought that we reserved a room with a view to the mountains. Our view was the parking lot. Ugh!! The air conditioning system doesn’t work. The system would shut down during the night and the room temperature would reach 80F degrees. Very uncomfortable. Brought this up with the front desk. Maintenance serviced 3 days but issue was not resolved. Ughx2. TV did not work for the last 2 days. We left messages for the house cleaning staff but again the issue was not resolved. UGHx3 We could not open windows at night (when the AC was not working) because there were no screens. UGHx4. I would not stay at this place again. Dennis Jozefaciuk"

"Stayed two nites at this great inn in the small village of Glen Haven. Owners Chris and Emma will take great care of you and make you feel at home. If you're lucky enough to be there between Thursday to Sunday (?) be sure to put a reservation in for their fine dining downstairs. We had the trout entree and was the freshest and most delicious we've ever eaten. Treat yourself to a wonderful experience at the Inn."

"Loved location. Staff were outgoing and friendly. Room was large, clean, and well stocked Kitchen was in good condition, though slightly dated. Beds were clean and comfortable Will stay here again"

"The rooms have great views of Estes park and RMNP. Staff super helpful. Nice breakfast facility - waffle maker a highlight. Rooms could use a basic makeover. Ours lacked any bedside tables or even a lamp - sounds trivial, but it’s a serious inconvenience if you want a place to put your phone and glasses."
