"Great location. Friendly staff! Rooms could use some work. You could hear everything from the hallway and rooms next door. There was a huge gap under the door, doors are sticky, making it loud when you are trying to be quiet. The rooms were very clean though."

The pool was very buggy the first day but was clean thereafter. Hot tub was out of service. Our room was simple but very clean. We would stay again! Views and location were great."

"I liked that it was affordable, simple, conveniently located to both Estes Park and the RMNP entrance. It had everything we needed, I loved its proximity to the river and being able to hear the river. The refrigerator motor and the door handle to the deck need attention. I messaged this to the management company and they quickly replied that they would take care of it."

"Liked that we could easily walk to town, just a block away from visitor center. Comfy bed. Parking lot and area was clean and well maintained. Felt safe. Our room was directly under lobby so it was loud at times. We didn’t use any of the extras- just slept there. Dog friendly with a per night fee. Would stay here again!"
