"My partner and I -- both seniors in our 70s -- stayed at Penny's place for 5 days to visit galleries, wineries, and to photograph Sandbanks. The cottage is beautifully situated on Consecon Lake, secluded and private, and it is easy to get around on Route 1. The kitchen was very well outfitted, and there were plenty of towels and other accessories. Penny was especially responsive to our needs -- excellent communication. Very comfortable and highly recommended, especially for families."

The location is perfect for family, near Picton, Sandbanks beaches, and with lots to do around on the site (pool, hiking, lake activities: paddleboard, kayak, canoo; activities on the site: ping pong, basketball, tennis, shuffleboard, and more, movie night, etc). We were a short walk from the pool, courts, mini putt, ping pong etc. Staff, esp lifeguards, and other residents and renters were very friendly.
