"Everything is good except check in and check out procedure. At check in, staff made mistake. After entering the room, staff called and required us to to go to reception again with our credit card. At check out, staff couldn’t make the transaction go through. After multiple tries, a senior staff helped and found out the original staff made mistake. We were standing at the reception for 20 minutes, without receiving apologies."

"I had a really unpleasant experience at this hotel. All of my cosmetics were tampered with—half of each product was scooped out. I reported this to the hotel manager, but they dismissed it, saying I had no video proof that their staff did it. Honestly, who installs a camera in a hotel bathroom? It was baffling. I just want to caution others to be extremely careful with their valuables here."
