My husband and I stayed at Hotel Shediac for 2 nights and we were extremely impressed with everything about it! Very upscale and modern, No carpet at all! The bed was super comfortable and clean! The patio off of our room was an added bonus to sit out and enjoy morning coffee made right in our room! The staff were very friendly and helpful! We are already looking forward to our return next year!

The only real problem I found was that when power went out their back up generator failed so no power for a few hours. Was on 5th floor and no elevator.

Looked and is a very nice hotel. We had a botched checkin which was their fault. Double booked room. No "Sorry" from front desk staff. Head of housekeeping did apologies with sincerity. Two maintence issues in the bathroom that need to be addressed. Experience left a bitter taste with us.

Front desk staff could be more attentive. We were not acknowledged right away as she took a call and ignored us. With the glass partition and masks, clerks need to speak louder. They could also turn down the atmospheric music...it interferes with hearing the clerk. The rooms look new and beds are comfortable..and were clean.

Besoin de formation et recrutement de personnel
Personnel au comptoir d’accueil incapable de nous regarder dans les yeux, pas de sourire, communique difficilement (on ne comprends pas lorsqu’il nous parle) ascenseur en panne, piscine fermée (les deux ont été réglés en quelques jours) service de chambre (ménage) pas fait le première journée. Restaurant ferme à 20:00 et gym ferme plus tôt qu’affiché.

Nicely located within walking distance to activities. I did not like the fact that the shower did not drain properly in the bathtub when showering. I did advise the staff in leaving.

No carpets in the rooms is nice. The only thing that we were not impress about is that online it says that No pets are aloud, even service dogs. So we had to make arrangement for a babysitter for our dog. And come to find out once we were checking in that they have 4 pet friendly rooms.

We arrived on Thursday and the hotel had no record of our reservation and didn’t have any rooms available. After driving three hours for a long weekend away we had no place to stay.

Room was very spacious, very clean and lots of sitting area.Bathroom was also large with lots of space For toiletries. Although no bathtub shower area was very adequate.Our room was at the back of the hotel giving us a beautiful view of Shediac Bay from our balcony.This was my first stay in Shediac but when I return I will definitely stay there again.
