"A unique property and an outstanding concept and design throughout, my only negative and it is small, I didn’t think the finish of our room matched the rest of the hotel. Due to the rest of the hotel spaces being so meticulous and intentional it maybe set the bar too high for our room. I would recommend and stay again!"

"The room was very modern (toilets seat that opens and closes automatically) very clean. Location is far from downtown but the free shuttle to the station helps a lot Overall my stay was excellent "

"The stay was great. Our only complaint was that the AC unit in our room broke the 2nd night which made it hard to sleep. "

"The staff was extraordinarily helpful. There is a onsen that is great just across the road and they give you a discount ticket for it. The rooms were very stylishly decorated and comfortable and large. They have a continental type breakfast sandwich, but we’re not really into breakfast much so we only ate it once. They do have coffee available. The coffee is quite good. We went to the music café just down the street for an interesting and good meal but most restaurant options require a car or a hike. The hotel is just off the expressway so very convenient if you have a car."
