"Out of the six hotels I stayed at during my trip to Japan, this was by far the best. From the moment we arrived, the customer service was exceptional. The hotel was spotless, beautifully maintained, and offered a truly authentic Japanese experience with its traditional tatami rooms and the custom of removing your shoes at the entrance.
The food was outstanding, and every staff member went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. The location couldn’t have been better, just minutes from Kyoto Station, shopping, restaurants, and many of Kyoto’s famous temples and attractions.
This was the perfect hotel for our stay in Kyoto. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for an authentic, comfortable, and welcoming Japanese hotel. Excellent in every way!"
