"The hotel is very clean, room was spacious and quiet , walking distance to famous Kiyomizu-dera 清水寺. Kimono renting so easy around the hotel. Convenience store within short walking distance. Less than one kilometre to the shopping places and restaurants. Taxi was easily to be called at the entrance of the hotel. Staffs are very nice and patient, they helped me with big luggage delivery between hotels. Breakfast is western style, not too much choices but still pretty good quality. Highly recommended for this hotel, definitely will book again."

"Beautiful hotel in a great part of the city. So much in walking distance and only a few minutes to the subway to get to other areas. Room was beautiful. Everything so clean. Bathroom shower was amazing. We miss that so much now we are home. Staff were friendly and helpful. Helped us book a tea ceremony and dinner reservations. Loved this hotel. Upgrade to the deluxe room it’s worth it for extra space. "
