"The best part of the stay was front desk guy Oscar. So helpful, so industrious, answering phone calls checking people in responding to guest texts, he remembered my name about airport shuttle pickups, so friendly and professional. I was disappointed that I had to call an Uber to go to the airport as the shuttle only starts running at 5am which isn't early enough to make a 7am flight. 😔. But 5 stars for Oscar!! "

"Interesting space with great kitchen setup, roomy, private, and reasonably convenient, and host was responsive immediately when there were problems at check-in (broken lock box and open front door upon arrival). However: the floor was very much not clean (as in, our socks were dirty after ten minutes inside without shoes), the thermostat did not work, and there is a pet door to an outside hallway that cannot be shut/locked. (There's also a lot of noise from the facility upstairs during the day, but this wasn't an issue after business hours.) Overall it was broadly fine, but would not choose this spot again."

"Pool was out of commission staff did not tell us about it as we checked in and there was no indication prior to booking online of the pool being closed by the city. We came from out of state and had a weekend stay for some family activities and in our schedule swimming was part of it due to not being able to swim we had a lot of down time with 2 kids 11& 12 who were looking forward to swimming. If i was to have known pool was out of commission i would not have booked. Room was clean beds were very uncomfortable pillows were flat there was some feces stains on bathroom wall light on bed were not all properly working barely any lighting in the room tv options are very little and it resets every so often bathroom vent doesn’t turn on and if so you dnt find where the switch is on top of paying $400 for the weekend you have to pay $20 a night for parking garage that is attached to the hotel or have the option to park on the st and also have to pay for."
