"Room was clean had a good stay here despising parking being so busy here as there is a gym and pool which people do come here as it is definitely not quiet but however if your staying it is definitely much more quieter I recommend the club rooms always amazing every time I stay here however the only let down for my stay was room service for housekeeping to take away my old towels to replace with new ones I left the sign out the night before and they didnt change it but I spoke with the receptionist helpful and amazing got them replaced and apologised for this otherwise I would've give it a 5 but everything else is amazing also I will say this there is construction going on my connectivity in my room was very hit and miss I had spots where it would work and dead spots too but wifi does make up for it and lastly screen mirroring on my phone to the TV very hit and miss one minute it works the next it kicks you off but nonetheless I enjoyed my stay ."

"While staff were great, unfortunately in my assistant access room (as many rooms did not have) there was no working air con, the hotel knew this & did not advise me before hand. A small desk fan was provided & I needed to requst another 1 to try to combat the heat. Parking on site is expensive."
