Great central location near M54/A5 also CoOp/Greggs, Queens chip shop walking distance. Breakfast included in cost of room - both continental and hot English breakfast. Bathroom clean and shower cubicle had seat area and a bath matt for those needing it - I stayed on ground floor these facilities may not be available on upper floors.

Staff were nice. The room was clean and spacious. The hotel is on a quiet business park. Breakfast was good, although there were problems with the toaster. The Breakfast area was a bit small and the provision for family groups was limited.

Good place to stay.

I really enjoy staying at this hotel. All the staff are amazing. So friendly and helpful. The breakfast is good with a wide choice. They serve a great wine for relaxing in the comfortable lounge in the evening. Would highly recommend but please save a room for me if I want to come and stay.😂 Thanks so much for making me feel comfortable and welcome.
