"Great short stay. Host was attentive enough to keep you at ease without creating a fuss. Room was beautiful and spotless. Lovely little touches like the bedside chocolates and fresh milk in the mini fridge. We had a deluxe room and en-suite and was well worth the additional pay. Breakfast was beautiful, plenty of choice and all fresh while overlooking the garden. Couldn’t fault the stay. Will definitely be returning when next in the Cotswolds."

"The best part was the personal attention of the owners. This rooms are recently renovated stone farm buildings and are comfortable, attractive and quiet. This is a working farm a short distance from Stow. This was a perfect base for exploring the Cotswolds by car. The English Breakfast was excellent and despite the rural location it was quick and easy to drive to Stow for a pub meal. "Highly recommend The Clock Tower. It has that rare combination of being off the beaten track yet accessible to everywhere. It feels like a charming family home yet has all the facilities you could hope for from a high end hotel. Beautiful Rooms, generous en-suite bathrooms and luxury toiletries. Wonderful peaceful breakfast setting with every extra offered. Lizzie went above and beyond to make our two night stay a delight."

Make sure you arrive in good time to check in early, and double-check what the morning process is for leaving - main pub remained locked and egress was through the rear fire escape - noone in sight so left key in room. The room was lovely - really well laid out, roomy, and clearly well-thought out; lots of little things that made the place really nice. Weak spot was the bathroom - doesn't have a proper door. It was within an easy walk to Blenheim Palace, lovely town, cute bookstore and good choices of restaurants!
