The beds are very comfortable, and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed the included breakfast in the café downstairs. This was on a very hot day in Marrakesh and the air-conditioning was not working well in my first room, but the staff went out of their way to get me into cooler room. "Pros: the hotel in general was very nice and they were friendly and helpful in the front desk. We got married and they fixed decorations for us for free with roses and rose petals on the bed and towels folded to swans. Cons: the hotel room key kept getting demagnetized for me so when getting up to the room I had to go back down at least half of the time to fix the key. The "guardians" on the street can be a hassle if you have your own car because they try to get as much money off you as...
