Der online Check in hat mich nicht gestört, jedoch wäre es super gewesen, wenn das Zimmer während meines Aufenthalts auch mal gereinigt werden würde. Ich war 5 Nächte da und habe kein Personal gesehen. Toilettenpapier wurde leider auch nicht nachgefüllt."

"Clean modern room, very comfortable. Located on a busy road - junction however no noise inside, a quiet stay. Staff are super helpful and friendly when needed. A short walk from shops and main city centre. A great stay and would highly recommend "

"Good hotel, a bit old, but has extra perks like a full-sized fridge, a sink and a stove. I was told by a colleague that breakfast is not worth it, but there are many cafes nearby with good breakfast options."
"Found it difficult to find information about facilities etc during stay. No info in room and unable to find dinner menu on TV.
Thought dining room shut for lunch as entrance looked deserted as opposed to breakfast which ( we did not choose) was served by door. Reception staff helpful with car parking but failed at check out to give garage exit card so spent sometime trying to work out system before returning to reception to ask for help.

"Really nice hotel. Nice welcome on arrival and small activity packs for the children. Good location for the river and chocolate museum and not too far to walk to the central area of the city (about 20 minutes). We stayed here for 4 nights in a heat wave (+35c), and the room stayed comfortable with the cooling/ventilation running. Ate one evening in the hotel restaurant - food was good. Great selection at breakfast. Would recommend!"
