  • Welcome to Crescent Arms unit CA V9. This unit has been completely remodeled. It is a must see unit. book your time quickly this unit is going to fill up fast since the remodel. Welcome to Crescent Arms on beautiful siesta key Florida. If you are looking for your vacation to be on the best beach and have the most beautiful sunsets, then you are in luck.
    This unit Features:
    Beach front property! No loading up a car or crossing streets just walk out of the building onto the sand! 2 Bedroom 2 bathroom. Sleeps up to 6 people. Screened in lanai with patio furniture. Full kitchen, dining area, Tv in each room with free Wi-Fi.
    Shared resort amenities:
    Heated pool, Private Beach, BBQ area with gas grills, Beach chairs provided. Beach personnel you can rent an umbrella from. Beach towels included. Bed linens and bath towels included. We do not have a linen service if you would like fresh linen you will have to wash them. Coin operated laundry in the tower buildings. Villas have washers and dryers in the garage.

NO GOLF CARTS, Trailers, motorcycles, mopeds, boats If you want to enjoy the sugar-white sand of Crescent Beach, shop or just relax by the pool, located directly on the beach side of Midnight Pass Road, we offer something for everyone: Wi-Fi, cable television, generous closet space, a lanai or glassed-in porch and a fully furnished kitchen. Crescent Arms features: Easy access on and off the Island! Fully Furnished, Gated Condominiums Private Beach Access with Chairs. There is a seven-night minimum stay Saturday to Saturday. We had a wonderful stay at V09! This newly renovated villa was perfect for our family, giving us plenty of space to relax after long days enjoying the beautiful beaches of Siesta Key. It truly felt like a home away from home, with updated appliances, comfortable amenities, and beautiful décor. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay!

Villa 9 review

The remodel is nice, however the villa has a few things to consider: the screened in porch has 4 very small chairs and 2 small tables, a bigger table that would accommodate 6 guest would be appreciated. The same for the dining table, once again on 4 chairs, but the villa says it can accommodate 6. The couch is excellent, the two extra chairs are somewhat random and not really incorporated into the current seating setup. The kitchen needs some extras, no serving bowls, could not find measuring cups/spoons, and very few cooking utensils. It would also be nice to have a drying rack for laundry. Definitely need to wash the rug going into the garage, very dirty. The cleaning staff should test all remotes, when we arrived, they were all dead and we had to purchase batteries to use them. We also could not find the WIFI information, as it was covered with a decorative item by the television. You may consider having a check-in sheet or book to help guests get the lay of land more quickly. In the Master bedroom, USB-C plugs by the lamps were a great find, however they are not plugged into an outlet and there was no charging block to plug it in, had to use on of my own.
