    New kitchen appliances and custom cabinetry, BR with King bed, Living Room sofa that pulls into Queen bed. 2 flatscreen TVs and high speed private WiFi are provided.

    Enjoy a view of the beach, including the spectacular Siesta Key sunsets from your screened in lanai or take a 1 minute walk over to the beach to enjoy it in person.

    This property is located 1 mile from the vibrant yet quaint Siesta Village, where shopping, dinning and all manner of fun rental experiences await (bikes, surfboards and segues to name a few). Don't want to walk and prefer not to drive yourself to the Village? No worries - you can call one of several free shuttle services to transport you to and from your Village destination.

    On site amenities include a heated pool and shuffle board, a clubhouse with billiards, ping pong and an exercise facility. Laundry machines are available on property.
